The Society is registered by the Government of Punjab under the Cooperative Act of 1925 (Registration No.1294 dated 12-02-1989), which ensures that all its operations are in accordance with the Law. Being a cooperative venture also means that each a member is a part of organization and have a say in affairs. No one is thus owner of this progressive enterprise and it is administered in true cooperative spirit, on NON-PROFIT NO LOSS basis.The Greater Lahore Cooperative Housing Society has two projects namely Chinar Bagh Housing Scheme and Chinar Courts Farm Housing Scheme. The Greater Lahore Cooperative Housing Society Ltd is an exclusive and prestigiousorganization. Development of above two prestige ventures of this Society in a short period of time speaks of concerted and skillful efforts of its management. Whose stature and integrity are considered an adequate guarantee for investment in model residential colonies.
